A 47-year-old male diagnosed with a Traumatic Chopart Amputation of the Left Foot. In his journey with SME Clinic of the past two years, this gentleman has progressed from initial provision of a Left Partial Foot Orthotic / Floor Reaction AFO Combination to today, a Left Custom Silicone Cosmetic Total Foot Prosthesis.
